Skills are very important as creditor or banks wants to have a guarantee on the investments they are about to take with you.

Do you have assets or pieces of equipment for your business? Are they making you money? What is the value of the equipment and has it delivered the business the value or more than the cost of that piece of equipment?
I am currently going through and organizing items for their respective business and labeling them as such. Additionally, I am valuing them to see if that investment has generated at least its cost for the business.
Items that are part of the business need to be separated from those used personally. Creating a list will help identify business properties, as well as, inventory items for daily use.
Making a list will help you find what you need instead of roaming the store trying to remember what you need in the first place.
A list, just like a grocery list, will help you stay organized and remind you of your daily or required tasks to get to the next stage.
This post proved that my focus has gone astray. I talked about how little projects and task leads to larger goals. Although, I could not maintain this site for over a year since my last post or change to this site. I reached the 10 year milestone but have failed to accomplished any of the goal that was set a decade ago. Sometimes we have to restart and build new goals.
I am currently working on multiple projects and doing school online. There won’t be many big updates or noticeable changes, but like any big project, you just have to take one step at a time.
There are many unavoidable events, but we need to overcome them. Obstacles are nothing but challenges that can either break us or build us. I was very unfortunate that I had many life events that came up back to back that made me disappear for a while. At the same time, I was able to learn some new information that I will share on this site and catch up with school. Bare with me.
Investing is a broad term, as such, entrepreneurs need to not only invest in their business but in themselves. There are many opportunities that are missed simply because we didn’t learn the proper communication skills or quick decision-making skills to help close on a client. There is much to learn and knowledge is a continuous skill.
I have invested time into doing research on a business and how to start my real estate company. Like any entry-level trainee, we need to learn the ropes from the ones before us to help us understand and operate in the business.
One of the most ignored and forgotten habits for everyone. You do not have to do everything all at once. Everything will happen in due time. Do what you can and allow time for the rest.
It has came back around. In my opinion, being an entrepreneur is a mindset. The hate on entrepreneurs seems to go up and down. I understand how there are some that can be obnoxious, then there are also some that are humble.
The saying goes, “Be and act who you want to be”. With the many successful entrepreneurs, Young entrepreneurs want to imitate the aggressive, ambitious attitude like their role model. This can be confused with obnoxious.
Some of us just want to build a name or brand for ourselves.
