Investing is a broad term, as such, entrepreneurs need to not only invest in their business but in themselves. There are many opportunities that are missed simply because we didn’t learn the proper communication skills or quick decision-making skills to help close on a client. There is much to learn and knowledge is a continuous skill.
I have invested time into doing research on a business and how to start my real estate company. Like any entry-level trainee, we need to learn the ropes from the ones before us to help us understand and operate in the business.
One of the most ignored and forgotten habits for everyone. You do not have to do everything all at once. Everything will happen in due time. Do what you can and allow time for the rest.
It has came back around. In my opinion, being an entrepreneur is a mindset. The hate on entrepreneurs seems to go up and down. I understand how there are some that can be obnoxious, then there are also some that are humble.
The saying goes, “Be and act who you want to be”. With the many successful entrepreneurs, Young entrepreneurs want to imitate the aggressive, ambitious attitude like their role model. This can be confused with obnoxious.
Some of us just want to build a name or brand for ourselves.
We need to have exposure to reach new clients. I am currently attempting to expose myself to different platforms so that I can reach out to a variety of different and new audiences.
Like any other class, the first week is pretty dry. The whole get to know everyone in the class and readings… What a bore… hopefully I will get to learn something interesting soon
Once you get into a habit of being lazy, its hard to get out of that. I have spent a lot of weekend times doing nothing. It is important to relax and recoup, but there are times where we could be working towards new goal with all the time that we have on the weekend.
So I am 2 for 2 now with lame jobs at work. Just because I am the new guy, my supervisor volunteer me to do so extra jobs.
My shoulder was dislocated back in 2014. Now it seem that my shoulder can easily fall out of socket. So easy, that when I got out of my seat at work and stretched, it popped out.
It is no secret that most success starts with baby steps. A lot of people including myself have big dreams. To get where I want to be, I have to take small steps. Another useful tips is to build a healthy and good habits. So, MY ADVICE to everyone is start small. Do small task that takes up between 5-10 mins everyday. Sooner or later it will become 10-15, 15-30, 30-1 hr and so on.
Switching from the holiday habits back to working is hard…
